Spiller Furniture of Aliceville has been a part of the Spiller Family since 1970. The store is located in the heart of Downtown Aliceville.
City Info
Aliceville is located in west-central Alabama just west of Tuscaloosa and the University of Alabama. During World War II, Aliceville was the site of a German Prisoner of War Camp. POW artifacts and other local history are on display at the Aliceville Museum. A few miles down the road from Aliceville, in Carrollton is the legendary Historic Face in the Window of the Courthouse Square. The ghost story can be found in another Alabama favorite, 13 Ghosts of Alabama, a book found in most Alabama public school libraries. While visiting you can see the James Murphy Summerville Home, the 2nd oldest residence in Aliceville. It has been restored as the Plantation House Restaurant. In the month of April, Aliceville holds the annual Dogwood Festival.
